For almost 25 years Kevin has taught piano in the twin cities area and Wisconsin and is thrilled to work with young people and adults. He joined Chaska Music Studios in 2020.
He enjoys the challenge of each student and is interested in learning about every individual. Kevin’s style of teaching is positive and encouraging and seeks to find every student’s love of music and incorporate that into lessons. |
Kevin is a graduate of Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI where he studied piano, voice, conducting, dance, music education and music theory. As a composer, Kevin shares his music with choirs, piano students, instrumentalists and ensembles. He is influenced by pop, folk, musical theater, movie soundtracks, classical and jazz music.
He is currently the piano accompanist for the Parkview Choir in White Bear Lake. His past employment includes pianist at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Hastings and music director at St. Rita’s in Cottage Grove.
Outside of work, he enjoys attending professional and community musical theater productions, and loves movies and television. Kevin lives in the twin cities and enjoys discovering new places in Minnesota and time with friends and family.
